good selectionstated check-inlack of apology
the breakfast was very good. it had a good selection of toiletries too.
The room was not ready at the stated check-in time of 4pm. the receptionist did not apologize, acting as if this was normal. She offered to store our luggage and suggested we return later. i found this unacceptable, especially since checkout is at 11, which i assume gives them five hours to prepare the rooms. the manager was not courteous.

central locationbasic roomnon-working internet
The location was central near the train station. The food and drink selections were good.
My room, a townhouse twin, was across from the main building and required walking outside. NOT ideal in bad weather. The room was very basic and felt quite tired. The internet WASn't working at ALL, and that was REALLY frustrating. I expected more for the price.

central locationshabby entrancefaulty entry system
The central location worked well, and parking was available.
The room across the street in the Townhouse was disappointing. The entrance was shabby, and the toilet and shower room looked dirty (the general appearance was quite scruffy). The entry system also malfunctioned one night, and I had to wait for about half an hour to get in. (Very annoying after a long day!)
